FAQ

  • Do you have a store or restaurant location?

Not yet! We currently operate out of The Hatchery, a shared kitchen in Chicago. In this space, we can also host events and meetings.

  • What services do you offer?

We specialize in catering for private events, micro-weddings, corporate gatherings, and holiday parties. We do best with parties of up to 50 people.

We also offer personal chef services where we cook at your home or Airbnb for restaurant-like service and a personal touch.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. This includes all necessary food service manager certifications, state and city business licenses, and comprehensive business insurance to ensure we operate in compliance with all relevant regulations and provide our clients with peace of mind.

  • Do you provide meal prep or individual meal delivery services?

No, we currently do not offer meal prep or individual meal delivery.

  • Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we offer tastings for larger events, such as micro-weddings or corporate events. Please contact us to schedule a tasting. Cost will depend on the amount of food being prepared. You can also get an idea of our food by visiting our pop-up events like our Farmer’s Markets. Check our Events page to see where we will be next!

  • How far in advance should I book catering?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events, as our availability is currently limited to weekends.

  • Do you require a deposit to book catering?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event by providing written notice, which can be submitted via email. Since we begin planning and preparing for your event as soon as the agreement is signed, cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit (retainer) and any other payments made.

These retained payments help cover the time, effort, and expenses we've already committed to your event.

  • Are there minimum guest counts or order sizes?

Yes, we require a minimum of 15 guests or a minimum catering order of $500.

  • Do you provide bar services?
