We’re dedicated to delivering delicious dishes, whether you’re hosting a dinner party, planning a corporate lunch, or looking for private chef services. From gourmet meals to decadent sweets, we provide top-class service tailored to your needs.

Let us take care of Thanksgiving Dinner!

Our Thanksgiving Package serves 4-6 people and includes a half-pan of each of the following (also available a la carte):

  • Brined and Roasted Turkey with 4-Herb Rub. Pre-sliced and served with a separate side pint of Turkey Gravy (also known as “velvet gravy)

  • Macaroni & Cheese

  • Cider-Braised Kale Greens with Caramelized Turkey Bacon

  • Cup of Cranberry Sauce (8 oz.)

  • Cornbread Dressing

Pre-Order until Friday, November 22nd.

  • Pick-Up at The Hatchery at 135 N. Kedzie:

    • Wednesday 11/27 (Day Before Thanksgiving) between 2pm - 5pm

    • Thursday 11/28 (Thanksgiving Day) between 8am - 11am

  • Delivery available via Unihop.

    • $35 Flat Fee for a 20 mile radius from The Hatchery (zip code 60612)

*Meal will be chilled upon pickup so that you can heat and eat at your convenience! Heating instructions will be provided.

We have launched a new seasoning called “Everything is Everything” which can be used on, well - everything! This curated spice blend is Chef Jason’s specialty that will add a depth of flavor to your food. For next-level flavor, simply sprinkle on steak, vegetables, chicken, fish, eggs, soups and in your favorite Italian foods before cooking.

This blend is salt-free so that you can control the amount of salt that you want to add to your food.
